Sigur Rós is an Icelandic band, formed by Jón Ţór "Jónsi" Birgisson, Georg "Goggi" Hólm, Kjartan "Kjarri" Sveinsson and Orri Páll Dýrason. They have released four albums so far, one of which is sung in vonlenska (also known as Hopelandic, a constructed language created by Jónsi), and have begun recording their new album.
